Plasencia Cosecha 149 Robusto

At first glance a beautiful cigar with a nice dark and oily wrapper, the cold draw was quite heavy on cocoa and a bit of wood.

Well the taste was delicious and gave away some beautiful cocoa, toast, mild wood, earth and pinch of leather flavours. Really a sweet stick with no signs of bitterness. Towards the end the wood and toast flavors were more present, nice omnipresent cocoa throughout the whole smoke. The smoke itself was creamy and silky, super smooth, easy to draw, with medium to rich smoke cloud, for a medium bodied cigar.

Unfortunately the wrapper unrolled towards the end of the smike, but i stocked it in my car for a month to be honest, so i had nobody else to blame apart myself. The last third was smoked without a wrapper, a lot of the nice coca flavours actually came from the wrapping leave and it was more spicy without it, lost a bit of its silkyness too.
